People who intend to participate should send, before October 31, 2003 an e-mail/letter/fax to Dr. Blanka Kalinová, with their name, institution, preference for presentation (oral/poster), and a tentative title. Those who have pre-registered will receive a second circular in December, with additional details on abstract submission, accommodation, travel arrangements, etc. The deadline for registration for an oral presentation is January 25, 2004. Your registration will be considered only when the money is paid.

Registration fee

The registration fee for regular participants is 1650 CZK [50 € & bank charges, 1 € ≈ 28-32 CZK].
The fee will cover organization expenses, refreshment during coffee breaks, abstract book edition and the invitation to the Welcome Party.

The registration fee for accompanying persons is 1000 CZK [33 € & bank charges, 1 € ≈ 28-32 CZK].
The fee will cover organization expenses and the invitation to the Welcome Party.

Please, kindly note that accommodation and boarding will be charged separately as well as additional cultural programs for those who are interested.
