Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel when the payment together with the Registration & Accommodation Form is forwarded to Golem. We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Booking deadline is January 25, 2004.

Cancellation and changes of accommodation
Cancellations or accommodation changes must be received in writing. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the end of the Conference and returned less bank charges and cancellation fees.

Presentation
Those who haven't yet signified their intention to present an oral presentation or have not yet send a title, should do it as soon as possible, in any case before January 25, 2004. Please, kindly note, that we have a limited time available for oral presentations. Those, who will register later, will have the possibility to present a poster only.

Oral presentations
Speakers will be provided with 15 minutes for a talk and 5 minutes for a discussion (20 minutes in total). Oral presentations will be given in English.

Posters
The needful poster board dimensions are 150 × 120 cm (width × height).

Abstracts
The deadline for abstract submission is January 25, 2004.
Participants who would like to contribute with an oral or poster presentation must submit an English written abstract for consideration by the Organization Committee. Only abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the program and in the Book of Abstracts. Abstracts may be submitted to Dr. Michal Hoskovec (see contacts) via e-mail (see the downloadable pdf file with abstract instructions) or via regular mail on 3.5" disquette / CD. Oral speakers should specify an audio-visual equipment required for the presentation.

Letter of invitation
On request, the secretariat of the symposium will send you a personal invitation to participate. This invitation is meant only to help participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
